At Kathmandu, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 60-day return policy for change of mind, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. Summit Club members enjoy an extended 365-day return window for most products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
